Disney's "Phineas and Ferb", the highest-rated show in the universe, is unleashing the iconic characters in a blanket-marketing merchandise push. After giving co-creators Jeff 'Swampy' Marsh and Dan 'The Man' Povenmire virtual carte blanche, Disney Television chief Gary Marsh (no relation) feels that the success of the show has both strengthened the network and looks to bolster the related merchandise sales.
