The 2019
CHILDREN'S FLORAL Parade will roll today at noon, and again on Monday March 3, also at noon. This year's theme is
"Throw Me A Book", with floats featuring favorite children's book characters.
The floats were designed by
me, and built by
Craig Stephens and
Carnival Artists.
